| First and foremost Heathland
acts as a third party steward who assists the Board of Governors in
developing a long range strategic plan. As steward, Heathland Hospitality
Group would help the Board realize the short term goals for their
daily operations, and the impact these operations have on the club’s
long range strategic plan. |
To provide an accurate appraisal
of operational and financial opportunities, Heathland Hospitality
Group will conduct a thorough analysis of the present operation. The
analysis will cover financial data, existing and new management, administrations,
hospitality, and identity; essentially all aspect of a club’s
operations from office operations to the plate that is served to guests
and family. |

clubs is unprecedented; a new economy, aging and declining membership,
