Aliza Green is a James Beard award-winning cookbook author with many years of experience as an influential chef and consultant, 12 cookbooks and numerous articles to her name. A passionate life-long traveler, Green does extensive food-related travel and loves connecting with people through the story of their food and learning about ingredients from the ground up.
Aliza was previously the Executive Chef of Ristorante DiLullo, Apropos American Bistro, White Dog Café and Stella Notte. She is a culinary educator, giving demonstration classes nationally. Aliza has appeared on Martha Steward Everyday Food, Gene Burns SF and the Today Show.

Director of Marketing & Communications
Liz handles all aspects of marketing, design and online communications for Heathland Hospitality Group. Liz is responsible for researching and developing sales and marketing strategies, designing branded programs for Heathland Hospitality Group and their clients including logos, signage, packaging, menus, direct mail campaigns, marketing collateral, websites, and visual merchandising, as well as media planning and buying and public relations.
When not behind a computer, Liz can be found competing her horse in the regional dressage circuit or setting balls on a local volleyball court.
